No-Effort Empire

This was my attempt at making a Civilization-type game but extremely simple, mostly meant for mobile as a type of idle game. Honestly, I think I missed the mark on some things, but I think it was a noble effort. Also randomization is screwed up on itch.io, so the terrain is buggy, sorry.
