People actually enjoyed frolfing, so this is a small update to just polish up some quirks

Bug Fixes/Patch Notes

• Add a How to Play section
• FrogIn score changes based on turn
• Fixed turn order issues....hopefully, at the very least, weird turn skipping issues should be less frequent with more players
• Water is no longer fairway, and instead acts like normal golf
• Added a score pop-up when collecting score bubbles or frogging in
• Changed the accuracy bar to better fit the game's visual aesthetic
• Made the frog go faster
• Dino hitbox has been enlarged around his base
• Range to reach fly has been increased, which may make fly chaining easier
• Changed title screen
