SoupTacToe

This is a HW assignment that I had to make for my C++ object oriented class. Basically, I had to make a Tic-Tac-Toe game, but I added Soup, because soup, and what is quite possibly the worst tic-tac-toe bot in history. Also there is a weird memory leak thing, but ignore that, I am sure it is fine. Plus, memory leaks are not a part of this assignment's grade.
